Lyndsey Klein, the owner and CEO of Lyndsey Klein Softball Inc, stands as a true icon in the softball community, having attained the pinnacle of success in the sport. Her expertise extends across various domains, including hitting, motivational speaking, and mental training. With an illustrious career that took her around the world, Lyndsey's journey began in Roseville, CA, where she grew up and attended Oakmont High School. Continuing her pursuit of excellence, Lyndsey proceeded to play at Sac City College, where she earned the prestigious honor of being inducted into their Hall of Fame. Her dedication and skill set propelled her to secure a full scholarship to UCLA, where she played a pivotal role in winning a National Championship with the Bruins and achieving the status of an All-American athlete. Following college, Lyndsey's career took a professional turn as she proudly represented Team USA on the international stage.
After her remarkable playing career, Lyndsey took on the role of a coach, imparting her knowledge and expertise to aspiring athletes of all ages. It was during this time that she realized her true calling and discovered her passion for coaching, finding immense fulfillment in making a positive impact on the lives of young players. Lyndsey's inherent love for the art of hitting is palpable, and she feels grateful for the opportunity to share her experiences and instill her passion for the game in hundreds of aspiring athletes.

Holly Azevedo

Holly Azevedo, hailing from Northern California, boasts an impressive career in the world of pitching. She made a name for herself as a member of the USA Jr. National Team, showcasing her exceptional skills on the international stage. At UCLA, she held the esteemed position of starting pitcher for five consecutive years, contributing significantly to the success of the team.
Holly's list of achievements is truly remarkable. She proudly earned a WBSC Junior Women's World Championship Gold Medal with Team USA, as well as two Pac-12 Champion titles and a National Championship with UCLA softball. Throughout her time at UCLA, Holly consistently played on the Women's College World Series stage for four consecutive years. In her final year, she astounded audiences with a shutout performance in the semi-finals against Florida, followed by a triumphant win over Oklahoma, where she contributed three innings of no-hit relief.
Her remarkable career statistics include a 1.90 ERA, an impressive 63-5 win-loss record, and numerous prestigious accolades such as Pac-12 Pitcher and Player of the Week, as well as Pac-12 First Team selection. Not only did Holly excel on the softball diamond, but she also achieved academic success, graduating from UCLA with both a Bachelor's and Master's degree.
Holly joins Lyndsey Klein Softball with a genuine enthusiasm to guide and empower young athletes in reaching their fullest potential in the pitching circle. Her wealth of experience and passion for the sport make her an asset in the development of aspiring players.
Colleen Marchi

Colleen Marchi has been with us since 2012 as our pitching coach. Colleen grew up in Sonoma, CA and played high school softball for Justin Siena. She was given a scholarship to pitch for the University of San Diego. She was the starting pitcher all four years for the Toreros and held a strikeout record at USD for over 13 years. While enjoying her time at USD she began to coach at camps and private lessons. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and went to New York City for graduate school. While attending John Jay College in Manhattan, Colleen became the head women’s volleyball coach and the pitching coach for the softball program. In her first year on the coaching staff, she was awarded the coach of the year for the entire conference. She continued to give private lessons while obtaining her master’s degree in psychology. Life brought Colleen back home to Northern California where she continued her private lessons, clinics and became the pitching coach for Bear River High School. Additionally, Colleen serves as the pitching coach for William Jessup University and Sierra College. She loves to teach pitching and works with girls and their families who live to pitch.

Introducing Emily Campbell, a talented new addition to the Lyndsey Klein Softball team! Born and raised in Roseville, California, Emily is a hometown girl with a passion for the game. Her journey in softball began at a young age, where she honed her skills under the guidance of the renowned Lyndsey Klein herself, starting from the age of 11. Known for her exceptional pitching and hitting abilities, Emily's dominance on the field quickly became evident during her high school years at Woodcreek High School. Her shutout pitching performances earned her widespread recognition, making her a standout player among her peers. Driven by her passion and determination, Emily pursued her college education at Cal State San Marcos. There, she obtained a bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies, with a minor in Psychology. Throughout her time in college, she continued to excel on the softball field, further enhancing her skills and knowledge of the game. Her extensive training, combined with her genuine enthusiasm for the sport, enables her to provide exceptional guidance to aspiring players. Amanda, a proud resident of Roseville, CA, honed her skills in both pitching and hitting at Woodcreek High School. Her outstanding performance led her team to clinch the Section Title in 2012. Amanda continued her academic and athletic journey at Cosumnes River College, where her exceptional talent earned her multiple accolades, including the coveted Athlete of the Year award. She played a pivotal role in leading her team to victory in the State Championship.
Building on her success at CRC, Amanda took her softball career to new heights by transferring to California State University San Marcos on a full-ride scholarship. Her dedication manifested not only on the field but also in the classroom, where she graduated with Suma Cum Laude Honors, a testament to her hard work and commitment. Amanda's unwavering passion for the sport led her to pursue a career in coaching. She served as the Assistant Coach for California State University San Marcos while pursuing her degree in Education.
Although Amanda is no longer coaching on the field, she remains actively involved in training young athletes to prepare them for a successful future. Drawing from her vast knowledge and experience as both a player and coach, she aims to equip others with the necessary skills to thrive at the collegiate level, both on and off the field. Amanda's ultimate goal is to empower and support individuals in their pursuit of success in all aspects of life..
Katie Crabb Baker

Katie Crabb Baker, a proud native of Roseville, CA, cherishes her deep family roots and is the third generation in her family to attend Roseville High School. Her exceptional softball skills earned her a full scholarship to Arizona State University, where she played 1st base as a regular starter from her freshman year onwards. Katie's contributions led her team to a National Championship victory in 2008. Two of her most cherished memories include hitting a spectacular 2 Run home run at the Women's College World Series in 2009 against Alabama and smashing a pinch-hit Grand Slam against UCLA in the same year. She had the privilege of competing on the grand stage of the Women’s College World Series in 2007, 2008, and 2009.
Upon graduating in 2010, Katie embarked on her coaching journey, accumulating valuable experience, and guiding numerous talented players to colleges across the nation. Her extensive network of contacts with college coaches enables her to assist aspiring players in achieving their college dreams. Katie's dedication to education continued as she pursued her Bachelor of Arts in Communication at Arizona State. However, her passion for helping others led her back home to Roseville, where she pursued her dream of becoming a Registered Nurse. Completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Katie has been working as an RN since 2017, currently serving at Sutter Medical Center in Sacramento.
